Jesus...and Kelly Fasted for 40 Days and 40 Nights

I thank the Lord for the bounty of his Mother Earth that has nourished and healed my body over the last 40 days.  Yippee!  I am two thirds the way through my juice fast! Because we see ourselves everyday it is difficult to see the transformation.  I ended up back at the park during lunch today with my juice and thought to take a picture next to the tree like I did on day 3 of the fast.  Here is a side by side of my progress.  Big changes are a happening!!!

    My extra chin isn't going away...maybe I need to juice.

      Hahaha! I was looking at how HUGE was my head was in the first picture! Juicing is always an option to get results. You just keep it going Hot Mama! You inspire me every day!

    You are beautiful in both photos. You truly are the only woman I know who is gorgeous no matter what weight you are at!
    I think that is due in large part to your self-confidence. I admire you for that.

      Thank you sister! Maybe it was how special you all made me feel throughtout my childhood that built my self esteem. I am grateful for the support! This process has been amazing. I am now looking forward to a lifetime focused on health. Love you so much!!!
